The jacket was purchased on Nov 20 and didn’t ship until Nov 27. The jacket arrived on Dec 2. That was an incredibly lengthy time from purchase to ship date. I’m upset that it took 7 days. The five days in transport are not the seller’s fault, but the 7 days from purchase to shipping is the seller’s fault.
The seller could have communicated to me that there was going to be a delay in shipping, but nothing was communicated. Disappointed.
