Item does not seem new and arrived kind of balled-up, wrinkled, like it had been used. No tags, but the listing did say there wouldn't be any tags. Just made me wonder why it looked that way if actually unused. Shipping price was outrageously expensive for USPS Ground, which I know is cheap and doesn't cost what was charged, so seller is clearly making extra money off the shipping price.
