La Motobatt, mi dicono, non è più disponibile, se voglio possono farmi avere una batteria alternativa.
Rispondo che non mi interessa e richiedo il rimborso. Il giorno successivo sollecito il rimborso, pochi istanti dopo il venditore comunica che stanno inviando l’ordine.
Ovviamente ho gia’ trovato un altro fornitore dove comprare la batteria, e confermo la richiesta di rimborso.
