As an amateur it guy who likes to make use of old commercial products, I sent them my used AXIS camera after I exhausted my repair efforts. I learned two valuable things, 1, just because 1 revision of a POE board works with generic mid span injectors, doesn't mean another revision will and 2 using the AXIS specified RJ connector is critical for a water tight install.
