The helmet cover description mentions a genuine USGI military issue cover. But the cover does not match Mil specs, missing attached infrared stamps on the sides, tags are not od green and does not have a USGI NSN number. Over all if your looking for something to give to uniform and property supply, this isn’t it.

Pretty good condition, but the main two load-bearing buckle mounts that the frame clips into on the top were ripped. It is surplus, and everything else is fine, but that is integral to the weight distribution of the bag. Took a few hours of hand sewing, but they're fixed now. Still a great overall deal when factoring in the quality and size of the bag compared to other framed options.
