Item was just as described w/QR code for a video guide & installation tool. Shipping took a little longer than it should have as USPS received the pkg in my area and ended up rerouting it back to the ship from location. When I tried to communicate this to the seller in hopes that he could help all he did was say is that he had the same information as I did which is why I marked it as 4 star. Not his fault but could have been a little more proactive.
