I ordered a die cast jeep gladiator that was supposed to be bright red, but got a dark burgundy one. Seller said I could return it but I had to pay shipping because they sent me exactly what I ordered. You can clearly see the difference in color between the two jeeps. I talked with an eBay customer Service rep who said there was nothing eBay could do. This whole thing has been very upsetting and frustrating. I just wanted a bright red Jeep gladiator to give to someone special as a bday gift

Hello, you ordered a burgundy Jeep as pictured and listed and you received a burgundy Jeep as you have shown. It is not red was never red. Again another negative from a person who just looked at a picture and read nothing. This is an epidemic on eBay. Sellers are getting spat on because no one reads anything. We include all info for you

Was easy to purchase, and was shipped in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that the jeep pictured was the bright red, which is what I expected to get. But when I opened the package, it was more of a purplish red. Was a bit disappointed because my mom really wanted a bright red willys jeep so she can put it on her bright red Willys jeep dash. She loved it anyways and was excited to finally have one.
