The front fork has a detailed size introduction. It is suitable for 700c tires. Your brakes do not fit. You can replace it with a compatible brake. Regarding returns. You can choose a US return address when applying for a return. Or contact me before applying for a return. You should not complain about the expensive shipping costs just because you choose to return goods to China.
