NVG10 is good value for a helmet-mounted night device for observation use but is unsuitable for dynamic situations like driving, walking, low light war games; limiting hunting use to static targets. While well-made, providing good low light vison, latency is too high, image processing, frame rates too slow to safely reflect immediate changes in the environment. The rectangular viewfinder is adequate but a bit narrow in field of view for dynamic use.
