Ended up making an offer on the same item twice, seller didn’t inform me if this and just sent out both. Then they sent together but didn’t refund the difference. I emailed the seller about why they didn’t email they said people buy 2 auctions all the time and the shipping weight was doubled the weight. Never once offered to compensate me any money. The books were new otherwise they would have received a negative.

Seller stated that the unit works but it just reads "Out of range OR no power at base" even with fully charged batteries so NO the unit does NOT work. Unfortunately I did not see that the seller does not accept returns so I guess I am out of luck trying to return it.
