I bought this item from you as opposed to a competitor who was asking for less because your advertised item had a clean back with the paper still intact. It did not arrive that way. Not sure if your make-shift box is responsible or if it was that way when you mailed it. Please mail collectible glass items in a good box! Second ding noted on frame as well - wish I had known.
