Add stated that the bags were not perfect and may have needed repair. I took a chance for only $10.00 shipping & handling. What I received was brand new and in perfect condition.Only drawback is that it is rather large,which I must say was stated in the add.My granddaughter is on 8 yrs old and a beginner fencer,it will be years before she can carry this bag with full equipment.Shipping was more than the bag,however a bag like this goes for well over $100, fantastic deal for only $26.95!
