Disappointing. Bought the product on the 5th, seller marked product as shipped on the 11th which is pretty late. By the 19th I again checked tracking and it said that seller had only printed the tag and item was never shipped. Opened a case with Ebay to get my item, seller said would ship it then later that day got a refund. I get that we all get bogged down with life but as a seller myself its important to be honest with people who buy your products.
