4.5* would have been 5* if your warehouse had put both packs on the lorry instead of me having to wait in another day for the second pack to be delivered.

Thank you for your feedback. All orders that require to be shipped in multiple packages are collected from us in one go, on one lorry. Unfortunately splitting them into part-deliveries is down to the couriers delivery capacities on the day and we cannot influence this. We will however raise this issue with the courier.
