We had it up and running and within a week it has gone wrong. It won’t show one camera. We put our own one back on and is working fine. We want to return it but as it seemed to be working we disposed of the box and wrapping can you please tell us how to proceed. We would of preferred a new one
And not a refurbished one how long after it was refurbished was it tested . Please can you call us to try to sort this out . 07790395790
