It was sold as sealed and our policy on sealed CD's is they are sold as collectables and if you chose to open them it is at your own risk. His message to us is that he demanded a refund without returning the cd and blackmailed me if I did not send him a refund he would give me negative feedback. BTW I did offer to split the cost of the disc and he went right to the feedback, he will be reported to eBay.and blocked
