We strive to be detailed in our listings for preowned items and in this case, we wrote about each flaw and added marked photos to amplify the disclosures. Our April 4 response to you began by stating we would accept your return but have no electronic or other record that a return was made by you. That offer stands. We’ve pursued this perplexing matter with eBay too.
