Horrible customer service. Sent me an unseasoned Steel and refuses to admit their mistake. Do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable dealer.

Simply not true. Any of our steels that are pre-seasoned go through the heating and cooling process more than 3 or more times while adding oil. This customer was upset because their pizza didn't turn out as expected, and I simply asked for pictures of the steel which they did not provide. I said they could return it, but they never processed a return either.
