After waiting 2months, I had to open case against the seller. This prompted a response and a promise to send purchase. 3 days went past and no tracking details and eBay subsequently cancelled the transaction and refunded me

I told you i will resend it and give some free gift to u and accepted. after resend and provided tracking No, the 2nd day, u opened a case and requested refund. lucky the package is still in China, otherwise, i have to refund and lost my item

Seller offered to resend item with free gift after case was opened. Promised to send immediately, but this was delayed and transaction was cancelled by Ebay a few days later because the tracking details were insufficient. I would have been happy to wait, but Ebay took this action because they were dissatisfied with poor tracking details.
