This whole review is not honest or accurate. You were sent a message regarding the issue with the keychain. I went out of my way and ordered you a new one and sent you a little gift for your troubles. Not an incorrect item. You are mad because the mail failed. You are venting instead of telling the story of what really happened. You were well aware of the whole situation and no you didn't receive the wrong item. This is just bashing instead of honesty. You were mad about the mail!!
