Company wasn’t able to repair my ECU due to it having water inside it. The charge me a small fee for the assessment and refunded me the rest.

Sent ECU to them 8/27, delivered to SIA 9/3, called to check on the status 9/10 and was told it was back with the technicians, received a call 9/16 that the repair was completed and they would ship it out immediately, received the ECU back on 9/24. Reinstalled it and the shifting seems to be working well. So good job on the repair, but all things considered with the cost of a rental car for that long of a turnaround—if I had known it would take so long—I would've bought a refurbished unit.
