After contacting the seller and mentioning that the case was incredibly difficult to even pry open due to this, they told me to 'keep trying.' After I used tools to pry it open and put my phone inside, I THEN reported the loose fit. Seller offered $2 refund on $11.76 purchase. BAD experience.
