Hi Paul, I only asked if you would measure the thickness of the clutch plates and the clutch plate stack, so we could try to establish what was causing your bike to have no drive right from the get-go. Unfortunately that information never arrived with us. We haven't had any other issues with this clutch kit, nor has Apico who rigorously tested them with British Championship team Apico LPE Kawasaki. There are other components of a clutch that can also wear, so it would be worth checking those too
