      I had a broken keyboard with the original receiver , you need to download the unifying logitech connection utility , - reinsert the receiver & switch the keyboard on & off then on , the software recognize the receiver . the original receiver will be recognized in any PC when you connect the refurbished keyboard , I moved the receiver along with the keyboard to two other PCs , all success .
