Did receive item as described. However tolerances on the spacer were looser than I would have hoped for. The bolt holes are significantly larger in diameter than the holes on the throttle body. This caused the piece to slide around during installation, making good alignment difficult. The center hole was not perfectly centered either, causing the spacer to not properly align with both the throttle body or intake. Grinding and sanding was required to correct the misaligned passage.
