Exactly as described. Rolls well, however, even with the pinch screws hand tight, it flexes bucket alot, to the point it may crack a bucket, so be careful, you cannot trust picking up bucket by handle the dolly will stay attached. It's great for rolling around, but would prefer it somehow stay attached to bucket for carrying. Would recommend tho. For its intended purpose.
