Quality seems equivalent (on the seals and O-rings) to OEM, and if you're rebuilding your own rack and pinion you will need this kit. It's a lot of work (mainly removing and re-installing the rack and pinion), but at least when done you know what you have as opposed to getting a hit-and-miss expensive rebuilt. I had a more-than-positive transaction with the seller and will be doing business with them again for seals.
