A week after my expected delivery date, I contacted the seller. They had closed for vacation (no notice). They also said they may not have all of the fragrances in the lot. I said they could substitute for 2 of them. I also called out one I particularly wanted. I finally got my order, over a month after placing it, & the one I wanted was missing. They said they had included 2 extra bars because of the missing 1. Won't let me return it. Asked to them to send the missing one and was ghosted.
