I asked the seller to add a VOEC code on the package, that will show the Norwegian customs that eBay has charged the Norwegian VAT. They did not do that. eBay will now refund the VAT (33.01 USD). eBay said: 'It is an error from seller's side'. Still I loose USD 16.50, that is the customs clearance fee, that is not refunded.
