We are very surprised to hear this as spark plugs do not tend to fail and especially iridium spark plugs. I can see you haven't contacted us about this previously so I would suggest that you speak with our Technical Services team and they will assist you with this challenge as it is unlikely to be the plugs. You are also welcome to return them to us under warranty and we will ask NGK to test them. Thank you.
