The figure was listed as new it was still in the original packaging had never been played with touched or even removed still sealed except for the top of the blister pack that broke loose from the card which I included close up photos of. After I saw the neg FB I messaged but didn’t hear back yet so I sent a refund just keep the figure you don’t need to do anything else I am sorry for everything. Wish I had a chance to fix before the neg FB. I’m sorry.
