As for the product, it's pretty much the refference circuit from the datasheet of the MP1584 IC. Does what it says on the tin. Potmeter can be replaced with a precision one (or the right resistor) for a MAJOR improvement of accuracy and stability on all these cheap, tiny buck converters.
