Then showed message that one printer head was needing replace. Used half the ink purchase to get that message. So don't know if ink being old was what cause the printer head message or printer head was already damaged. I had recently replaced both printer heads. Going to buy new printer since the only way to get ink and printer heads are no longer made by HP.
