Seller was responsive but I felt like they were pretending to help. It wasn’t until I filed a claim with the post office that I received a call back next day and they said it wasn’t delivered on the tracking date shown but was rescanned a week later and should be in my mailbox. She later informed me that the post office said the item had been "re"delivered to her mailbox on 5/28 (the day AFTER I called them), so maybe I did help after all?
