These bulbs are rated at 130 V and they do not burn as bright as my existing 120 V bulbs with the same wattage. Looking back at the ad afterwards, if I zoomed in on the photo, I could see the number on the box, however, when I originally looked at the ad, it was not obvious. The seller does not take returns. I’m quite disappointed. Oh yea BTW we've reported to California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the fact that you're illegally purchasing and importing BANNED inefficient incandescent light bulbs!
