However, I received one that was new and another that was obviously used—dirty, and showing signs of wear. This is completely unacceptable for a product advertised as new. If I wanted a used part, I would have bought one at a discount elsewhere. It left a gap all around between the Film and the Chrome frame of the Dashboard. The supplier was kind enough to fully reimburse the purchase price. I would have no problems to use this supplier again in the future.
