I use this item to hold the small diameter arrow shaft in my arthritic hand and then turn the uni nock insert with the Easton green tool. I turn the arrow puller SIDEWAYS and then hold the small diameter aluminum 1516 shaft so I can turn the uni nock without damage to the shaft. WORKS GREAT. I'm ordering a second puller. They are great. Every archer needs one of these!
