Sellers answer was “no puffy, liner and shell like new”. I was disappointed when receiving and got a blast of cigarette smoke so strong it’ll give you a headache AND you guessed it, puffy fill in between the liner and shell. I needed it for a trip so I soaked and washed it with some luck but ended up needing to buy another jacket last minute. Cigarette smell remains, dry cleaner is trying now!
