It was rusty and I feel like it could have been cleaned up slightly before selling but just my opinion. Item in the picture looked better than the one I received. It works but I have to play around with positioning for it to start charging but once I get it in there just right it does charge. I'm not sure it was worth the price I paid but I didn't have a lot of choices.
