I am very sorry to hear the item arrived damaged. Please note it was wrapped securely in bubble wrap and additional padding was included in the box so very surprised that this occurred. That being said, items do get damaged and I am happy to provide a refund. Please send a couple photos and submit a refund claim to begin the process of reviewing and returning the item if interested in moving forward. Again I do apologize as I take a lot of effort to ensure packages arrive undamaged.
