Tupperware is designed to work when properly used, this pitcher was tested by me and did not leak. I test every item I list prior to listing. Buyer chose to leave bad review befoe reaching out to me. Buyer was offered a return option which she said was too much of a hassle, buyer was offered a eplacement lid which she declined. The issue was resolved yet the stain on my reputation remains. I can only hope I am not held responsible for user error by potential buyers.
