This is the first negative experience I have had on Ebay (after years of use).
The Seller (S) notified me after I won the bid and paid (immediately after winning), they had broken the item.
S tried sell me a used item for the same price (I purchased a new item).
I explained that is not acceptable and would possibly be willing to purchase a used item cheaper.
S never contacted me again. I send several messages, no reply. After waiting 2 weeks, Ebay refunded.
