Communication went well and was not difficult.
Out of 8 accessory items, only hard case and the visor were where there however, a refund for those items to try buy them separately from Dyson.com was given, and even a full refund offered if needed, plus the seller let me know immediately upon shipping of the issue.
The item has some very minor wear that nobody would mind for being used. And so far all seems to be working.
