Overall, I would say positive. Seller did not communicate for several days post-sale but finally responded to my notes stating they had been sick so sending my item for Authorization was delayed. The carrier used by GIA Authorization group to ship item to me was a carrier I had never heard of and their tracking system wasn't great but item arrived, well packaged and within promised timeframe so despite delays this ended well. Item is exactly as described - no complaints.
