How can you even make a claim like that if you have not even received your product yet. I understand that you sell the same exact products and I am your competitor but this is absolutely the wrong way to deal with it. Your product is at the Opa Locka processing facility at the time of this order, what spelling errors are you talking about, you don't even have the serial number attached to the keychain. Where are the photos?
