It is made of a dark chocolate brown color silk velvet fabric with a beige silk pleated ruffle flounce skirt. This beautiful brown dress has a loose fitting drop waist style with a layered pleated ruffled short skirt which comes up along one side with a brown velvet bow trim at the hip, is sleeveless and unlined. The dress measures 38 inches long, with a 38 inch chest, 38 inch waist and 38 inch hips. It is in good as-is condition, with a few tiny pin holes in the velvet and several small frayed holes on the pleated ruffles front skirt (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of Art Deco wearable art.”
