We provide the size/.oz as well as picture each item to indicate what the buyer can expect to receive in the mail. The buyer may have overlooked the additional pictures that displayed the exact item received, as well as the item's description in the listing. Per eBay's suggestions, we offered a partial refund of 30%. A return shipping label was later issued, but have yet to receive the item. We have since added additional details to each listing to avoid similar confusion for both parties
