I asked seller to accept return since I received trail mascara not a full one like it’s on the first picture in listing. Seller didn’t want to agree to it and was rude.

The buyer may have overlooked the additional pictures that displayed the exact item received, as well as the item's description in the listing. Per eBay's suggestions, we offered a partial refund of 30%. A return shipping label was later issued, but have yet to receive the item. We have since added additional details to each listing to avoid similar confusion for both parties
