I apologized multiple times for this error. I am human and, although rare, I do make mistakes occasionally. The buyer was offered a full refund for returning the boots. For some reason they selected the wrong option when choosing a return reason. As I explained to the buyer, This caused eBay to AUTOMATICALLY recover return shipping costs from the refund. Because of this I have ZERO ways of altering. eBay would surely reverse the charge if they contacted them.
