Item description - 'A fine complement'? 14 Rusty nibs in a box capable of holding 50 nibs is hardly 'a fine complement...'P&P charges - £4.95 delivery charge for 14 nibs is extortionate...Dispatch time - very speedy. Thank You Royal Mail...Seller communication - Nothing. In package, nothing. Zilch. Nowt. Surely a small note saying 'thank you for buying from me', or maybe, 'hope you enjoy and look forward to doing business with you again' wouldn't hurt.

A very unfair and unreasonable string of comments. £4.95 was chosen by yourself. I offer free postage which you didn't choose. The description clearly states "has wear" , they most definitely were not all showing rust. I dispatch immediately once payment received unlike many , so yes Royal Mail did their job thankfully as did I. The thank you note is sent when the online invoice is sent.I have never in 100,000 transactions done this & sellers don't do this to me nor would I expect them to. Sorry
